Reserve Your Date
Secure your wedding date with confidence. Once you've chosen your piece, reach out to us with your event details. We confirm availability for your date and send over your invoice and rental agreement. Once your rental agreement is signed, a 50% retainer secures your date and removes your piece from availability. The remaining balance is due one month prior to your event date. All invoices and payments are processed through QuickBooks.
We Handle Everything
Your only job is to enjoy the day. As your wedding day approaches, we'll be in touch to confirm all final details, venue and planner contact information, placement preferences, and timing. On the day itself, our team arrives, sets up your installation flawlessly, and coordinates directly with your venue, planner, or designated attendant to confirm placement.
Relive It Forever
From flawless installation to timeless photography. While you celebrate, we take care of everything else. At then conclusion of your rental agreement timeframe, we return to handle full breakdown and pickup, leaving you with nothing to manage and everything to remember. Flawless from first look to final toast.
Complimentary delivery, setup, and pickup is included for all events within 35 miles of Hudson, WI, covering the Twin Cities metro and surrounding western Wisconsin areas. Events beyond 35 miles are welcome. An extended delivery fee of $1/mile applies beyond the 35-mile radius. Ceremony-to-reception relocation is available as a paid add-on service, priced depending on complexity, arranged in advance. We do not service events beyond 75 miles from Hudson, WI. Complimentary pickup is included from 8pm to 9pm on the day of your event. For pickup after 9pm on the day of your event, a late pickup fee of $50/hour applies. Late pickup must be arranged prior to your event date.
