Will the florals look real in photos? 

This is the question we hear most, and the one our gallery answers better than we ever could. Our premium real-touch installations are designed and styled to photograph beautifully, with every texture and bloom selected to appear flawless in both natural and studio light. Premium real-touch florals are designed to hold their styling through every photo of the day, often standing up to the camera even better than fresh blooms by the end of a long celebration. How are these different from craft store florals? 

Our installations use premium real-touch florals selected specifically for their natural texture, movement, and appearance. We design luxury floral experiences, the distinction is visible the moment you see them in person or in photography.

Do fresh florals look better? 

Fresh florals are beautiful. They are also subject to wilting, browning, weather sensitivity, and the unpredictability of what arrives on your wedding morning. Our installations are designed to look perfect when they arrive, and remain perfect through your last dance.

Are your florals hypoallergenic? 

Yes. Because our installations use premium real-touch florals rather than live botanicals, they are completely hypoallergenic, ensuring a comfortable experience for all of your guests.

How do I reserve a piece? 

Browse our collection, choose the piece that speaks to your vision, and reach out to us with your event details. We'll confirm availability, send your invoice and rental agreement, and secure your date with a 50% retainer. We respond promptly to every inquiry.

What is included in the rental price? 

Every rental includes customization, as well as professional delivery, setup, and pickup within 35 miles of Hudson, WI at no additional charge. Complimentary pickup is included from 8pm to 9pm on the day of your event.

What is your payment structure? 

We require a 50% retainer to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due one month prior to your wedding. All invoices and transactions are processed through QuickBooks.

Can I customize the color palette? 

Yes. We're happy to incorporate your wedding's color palette into any rental pieces, adding personal touches that reflect your vision. We recommend sharing your color preferences as early as possible in your planning process so we can make sure everything is ready in time for your big day.

What happens if I need to cancel? 

Please refer to our rental agreement for complete cancellation terms. We recommend reaching out to us directly if your circumstances change, however, it is important to note that the 50% retainer fee is non-refundable. 

Is my venue within your delivery area? 

We serve the Twin Cities metro and surrounding areas, including multiple locations in western Wisconsin. Complimentary delivery, setup, and pickup is included for all events within 35 miles of Hudson, WI. For events between 35 and 75 miles, an extended delivery fee of $1/mile applies. We do not service events beyond 75 miles from Hudson, WI.

Do you work directly with venues and wedding planners? 

Absolutely. We are happy to coordinate directly with your venue coordinator or wedding planner to ensure seamless setup and breakdown.

I've never heard of floral rentals before. Is this a new concept?
